Shadow Over Mystara (Arcade Game) Review By Mike Matei

If you have been living under a rock, you may not know who Mike Matei is. Cinemassacre is the home of James ”The Angry Video Game Nerd” Rolfe and his friend, Mike Matei. An album based from the movie was released in 2014 composed by Bear McCreary, who had previously worked with Rolfe on the webseries Christmas special. Mike: Making videos is a ton of fun. While Mike's solo videos began to appear long before production began for the Angry Video Game Nerd Movie, Mike's contributions helped fill the void during James' many absences during the film's production and satisfy hungry fans.

I've been a pretty avid AVGN fan since around 2006 when James first started posting his videos, and Mike has been an appalling fill-in for James. The first time it happened in a nerd episode, James needed someone to play Jason Voorhees. I've decided to use Patreon to film a new series of videos going into great detail on these items.

I prefer NC's videos more, but I still have to give Mike Matei props for at least taking the time to make videos. The AVGN reviews Top Gun for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Development of the film began in late 2006, following the popularity of the Angry Video Game Nerd web series, with the completion of the screenplay by 2008.

I get emails daily from people telling me how much they like my videos and them suggesting things they want to see me review. Mike: Jason Voorhees probably worked best technically because of how he forced the Nerd to play his game. Credit goes to: Cinemassacre, the makers of these great videos.

While we continue to follow our initial goal, we also try to bring the latest news on gadgets, mobile games, movies and TV shows. Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures features plenty of exciting memorable off-the-wall moments that'll surely stimulate your nerdy side.

For Cinemassacre, I edit Monster Madness , which is 31 reviews in the month of October. Although Zelda was the overall theme of the interview, I could tell that Mike genuinely loves gaming in general. The AVGN reviews Tiger Electronics LCD games, Tiger Electronics wrist games, , and R-Zone.

I'm the editor for several Cinemassacre web series, such as Monster Madness and James & Mike Mondays. The Angry Video Game Nerd was voted Best Online Web Series in Mashable's 3rd Annual Open Web Awards on December 16, 2009. In 2013, an official video game Mike Matei titled Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures was announced.

The AVGN discusses the confusing timeline of The Legend of Zelda series. Mike Matei's initial role for Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie did not involve production on the film itself. With collaboration from his friend Mike Matei, Rolfe put the Angry Nintendo Nerd videos on his website, , in 2004.

In 2007, the series became a program on ScrewAttack and GameTrailers, where it was renamed The Angry Video Game Nerd to prevent trademark issues with Nintendo, and to allow Rolfe to also review games from non-Nintendo consoles. Beyond that, watch Cinemassacre's Monster Madness to get more examples of great horror flicks we love.

I know there are many more Spider-man related games that were not covered here, such as maximum carnage, the Spider-man arcade game and so on. The point of this video was to look at the 3D environment spider-man games, since the next game coming in 2018 will be in that style.
